How it works
- Somebody sets a challenge Any member can host one, public or as an invite only private group.
- The audience picks a side Stakes go into escrow and the pool splits update live as people back each outcome.
- The result is confirmed There is a window to challenge it. An unchallenged result settles on its own.
- The losing pool is shared out Winners get their stake back plus a slice of the losing pool, sized by what they staked.
Where the losing pool goes
The winning pool is never touched. Winners always get their own stake back in full, first. Everything below is a share of the losing pool.

The lottery is provably fair
A sealed seed is published as a hash the moment each window opens, before any ticket for it exists. At the draw we reveal the seed and the exact ticket snapshot so you can recompute every placement yourself.
The ledger cannot be edited
Every credit movement is a double entry record. Entries cannot be changed or deleted by anybody, including us, and the whole ledger is proven to balance to zero on every reconciliation.
Results can be challenged
A submitted result sits in a verification window before it settles. Anybody with a stake in it can challenge it, which parks the event until a human reviews it.
